Along the River Campground

Description: Ideally located on the Ammonoosuc River between Crawford and Franconia Notches. We are in hikers paradise and centrally located to many family attractions.
Amenities: Seasonal and extended stay (week or more) RV sites in sun or shade, 30 & 50 amp electric, water, sewer, Wi-Fi, fire pit, and picnic table. We have 14 W/E river front, 6 primitive tent sites, and 6 cabins. Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am. No large groups, no parties. Riverside picnic area. Cool off in the clean in-ground pool or wade, fish, sit, or tube in the river (depends on water level). We are dog friendly, must be leashed (off-leash in the river) and cleaned up after. No barkers, biters, or aggressive dogs allowed. Bath house is clean with hot showers. For the kids we have a mining sluice, a playground area with a large sandbox, and a rec-hall. There is an on-site store with ice, firewood, tees and sweatshirts, camping blankets, convenience items, and local information. Summer season is mid May to early October. Directions: We are on Rte 302, 0.7 miles west of the intersection of Rte. 3 and Rte. 302 in the village of Twin Mountain (Carroll), NH.
From the south, take I-93 north to exit 35, follow route 3 north to the junction of Rte. 302, turn left (west on Rte. 302), campground is .07 miles on left.
From the north, take I-93 south to exit 40, turn right onto Rte. 302 west, campground is 10 miles on right.
